- Usage Data: Voice, emotion information, behavior to support features like "Fraud Detection," "Love Detector," "Call Center," and "Data Analysis."
- Public Data: On the non-login interface, we only collect non-identifiable personal data (cookies, browsing behavior) to enhance user experience.
Data is only collected with your consent (via the interface or registration) or when you use advanced features requiring login.
2. Purpose of Use
- Analysis and Improvement: Data is used to analyze emotions, detect fraud, support communication, and personalize experiences on features like "Love Detector," "Call Center," and "Personal Coaching."
- Product Enhancement: Data helps us optimize AI algorithms, improving accuracy (e.g., increasing "Fraud Detection" accuracy to 95%).
- Marketing (if applicable): With your consent, we may use data to send information about new service plans or offers, but you can opt out at any time.
We do not use data for purposes unrelated to the Service without your consent.
3. Data Security
- Encryption and Storage: Your data is encrypted with 256-bit encryption, stored on secure servers in internationally certified data centers (ISO 27001, SOC 2 compliant). We use protections like firewalls, two-factor authentication (2FA), and 24/7 access monitoring.

Under GDPR, CCPA, and equivalent laws, you have the following rights:

- Right to Rectify: Request to update or correct inaccurate data.
- Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Request to delete your data from our systems, unless required by law to retain it.

- Law Enforcement: As required by lawful requests from authorities in Vietnam, EU, US, or other countries.
- Business Partners: Only with your explicit consent (e.g., integrating with third parties to enhance features like "Call Center").
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data for commercial purposes. In case of a data breach, we will notify you via email (contact@emotion360.ai) within 72 hours and report to authorities if required.
7. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred between countries to provide the service (e.g., from Vietnam to data centers in the EU, US, or Singapore). We ensure data protection under international standards, including:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): Per GDPR for data transfers from the EU to non-EU countries.
- Privacy Shield (if applicable): Complying with U.S.-EU data protection requirements (using SCCs if Privacy Shield is no longer valid).
We do not transfer data to countries without adequate international security standards.
8. Minors
Emotion360.AI is not intended for minors under 16 years old. If you are under 16, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service. We will delete data of minors if we detect a violation and notify parents via email (contact@emotion360.ai).
9. Right to Complain
If you believe your data rights have been violated, you may complain to:
- Local Data Protection Authorities: For example, the Irish Data Protection Commission (DPC) for EU users, or the Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam for users in Vietnam.
